FAQ
Q1: I was supposed to receive an email link but I didn’t receive it.
Check your TAMU email (not gmail), look for it to arrive in your inbox around 8am, and check your junk folder. If you still cannot locate, the links are listed above or you can email us TAMUPayneLab@gmail.com
Although SONA says links will be emailed at a specific time that corresponds to your in-person T1 time, we actually schedule all emails to go out at 8am on the designated day.
Q2: I am unable to make it to the lab to complete Part 2 due to an illness.
If you have heard by text from the research assistant (RA) who is meeting you in the lab, please inform them of your illness and they will work with you to reschedule. If you intend to complete the study, it is best NOT to cancel your timeslots in SONA.
If you have not heard from the RA yet, please email us at TAMUPayneLab@gmail.com
